We therefore offer this 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all software purchases: if, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with a product, let us know within 60 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price. If you don't love it, it's free.

2. We Guarantee It Will Run on Your Mac!

You shouldn't have to pay for software that doesn't work on your computer. We try to make the system requirements as clear and generous as possible. But if you purchase a Mac product and find it doesn't work on your Mac, we will gladly give you a complete refund. And to completely eliminate any risk for you, you can download and install free versions of all programs, to make sure they work perfectly on your Mac, before you spend any money.

We know how important good technical support is. If you have a problem, you need a helpful answer, not a run-around. We provide free, friendly, and fast technical support. If you find a bug, or have an idea for improving an application, we want to hear it, and will take it seriously. What About Third-Party Sales Events?

Occasionally we participate in special third-party promotions like MacZOT, MacUpdate Promo, and bundles of products from various developers. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you'll need to contact the promo seller for their refund policies in this case. What About the App Stores?

Dejal produces macOS and iOS apps. Unfortunately, since we don't control the App Stores, we can't offer a money-back guarantee for macOS apps bought through the Mac App Store, or iOS apps from the iOS App Store. It is up to Apple to decide whether or not they will issue refunds. However, guarantees #3 and #4 above (regarding support and privacy) are still applicable.

Need to Get a Refund?

If you have a problem with any of our products, please email us and we will do what we can rectify the problem. But if a refund is the best solution for a Mac app, in accordance with the guarantees above, please email us with your name, the email address you used to order the product, the name of the product, the approximate date of purchase, and the reason for the refund, and we will gladly arrange it for you.
